Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) ,for women registers the first of its kind an international patent on staphylococcus
Professor (Dr. Nour Falih Hassan) in the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Department of Radiology and Ultrasound at Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for women, registered the first patent for a staphylococcal invention, with the participation of a number of professors from public and private medical colleges under the name “Evaluation of a new prepared medium” for identification of S. aureus”
The patent guarantees the focus of staphylococcus because it is considered one of the most important pathogenic bacteria at the present time due to its resistance to most of the drugs used.
The patent aimed at diagnosing this germ using a quick method through a medium prepared with several materials available in the laboratory, in order to avoid complications caused by these germs.
