A workshop on the topic “Self-management”

A workshop on the topic “Self-management” was organized at Al-Zahra University, (peace be upon her) for women.The aim of the workshop was to train and develop self management skills in the staff of the university.Organized by the Department of Arabic Language, Afnan Al-Asadi presented a developmental workshop on the concept of self-management and the factors of personality development.Directing the emotional and behavioral aspects of an individual in the right way for self-realization and appreciation of achievements.
